John Hayson Director H Investments International Pty Limited is a Sydney based investment company which is exploring opportunities in residential and retail development in NSW and Victoria, Australia.
Projects
Completed developments by family owned companies include the ownership, management and redevelopment of the Sydney shopping centres, Northbridge Plaza and Neeta City and the development of a freestanding Woolworth’s Supermarket in Scone. After acquiring a majority shareholding in a large residential and retail project in Milton, Brisbane the Development Approved site was sold in December 2012.

Ownership and Management

H Investments International Pty Limited is owned and managed by John Hayson. In the late 1950′s, John’s grandfather started a small shopping centre which was extended by his mother and sold in 1986. Northbridge Plaza was purchased in 1987 and John joined the business on a full time basis after a career in investment banking.Readmore
